Free Returns within 7 Days: You can initiate a return for your purchased item(s) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The product must be in its original packing, undamaged, unused, and with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

  • Certain categories of products (e.g., personal hygiene items, consumables, products marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase) may be exempt from returns due to health and safety reasons. Please check product descriptions carefully.

Return Process:

  2. Product Inspection: Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you on the return procedure. The product should be sent back to us. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

  3. Refund/Exchange Processing:

    • Refunds: If the returned item passes inspection, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, as agreed upon. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

    • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different item (subject to availability), please mention this during your return initiation.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, provided the claim is verified.
